Dwight Townsend Dwight joined NWSB in December 2020 as our bank courier. Dwight was a great team member and always kept us on our toes. You never knew what shenanigans Dwight would try.

Kristi Rager Kristi joined NWSB in June 2019, Kristi was a great addition to our loan processing team. Her experience will be missed. We wish her a long, happy retirement.

Jane Watkins Jane joined NWSB in June of 1986 as a bank teller. Jane always took great care of her customers, she remained a loyal employee working at the New Washington branch all of those years. Jane will be missed by her fellow employees and customers.

Sonya Smith Sonya joined our loan processing team in April 2017. She was a great addition to our team and had a wealth of knowledge. We are excited for Sonya in her next endeavors.

John Rodden John joined NWSB in January 2012 as our Collections Manager. John did a great job managing our collection area over the years. He was always professional in his position. We wish John a happy retirement!
